Match the Display to Your Venue
A catalogue size is a starting point for checking the site. Share a marked-up plan or photographs so we can review the whole scene, visitor space and access before preparing a quotation.
Entrances and walkways
Mark the clear width and height, queues, paths and power points. For a lion or dragon scene, check the full footprint as well as the approach and exit.
Photo areas and focal points
Show the main viewing direction and the room available for people to stop. Blossom trees, lantern backdrops and goat characters need space around the scene as well as a place to stand for photographs.
Large features and pavilions
Check ceiling height or outdoor exposure, the base position and the smallest unloading or assembly opening. Include any limits on lifting equipment, working hours and installation access.

Confirm the chosen scenes, dimensions, colours and lighting. Mark the site positions and identify any parts that need new fabrication.

Make and test
Agree the drawings and progress photographs to review, along with the lighting checks and trial assembly needed for the order.

Ship and clear customs
Confirm transport sections, packing protection, section and crate labels, and the shipping and customs documents needed for the destination.

Prepare the site
Agree the assembly sequence, connections, power supply and local crew responsibilities. Include remote guidance or on-site support in the quotation.
